Castle Apartments in Edinburgh

All bedrooms have comfortable beds with linen and towels provided. A range of bed layout options (double, twin, triple, quad) are available to give you maximum flexibility. Bathrooms are private and fitted with a powerful shower and bath. Your fully equipped kitchen includes electrical appliances and cooking utensils. Castle Apartments all have a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player. Each apartment is unique. Stay in an Edinburgh serviced apartment with period features, Royal Mile view and a medieval stairwell to personalise your visit to Edinburgh. Apartments in the same block can be booked so groups and families can stay close together.

Our apartments are located in historical buildings and there is no lift. Due to the layout of the city, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation.

Please note that the check-in location is separate from the Castle Apartments. You will check-in at 6 Queen Street.

Check-In Procedure

STANDARD CHECK-IN
Check-in and key collection is from 15H00 onwards from our head office located at: 6 Queen Street, New Town, Edinburgh, EH2 1JE. Please note that this is only the location of our office and that you will be supplied with the directions and keys to your apartment.

LATE CHECK-IN
Your tight schedule means you don’t arrive in Edinburgh until after 20H00? We can arrange for you to check in after 20H00 for a £10 fee. To arrange late check-in: phone us on the day of arrival.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Your schedule means that you arrive early and you can’t think of anything worse than hanging about until 15H00? We can usually arrange an earlier check-in for you.

Check-Out Procedure

Check-out time is 10H00.

SELF CHECK-OUT
Self check-out is standard in our apartments so you do not need to return to our central reservations office on the day of check-out. (Credit card details must be provided to secure this facility).

LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-out is normally at 10H00. Late Check-outs available for £10 per hour up until 13H00. To arrange late check-out: just phone us.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you arrive in Edinburgh early let us look after your luggage for you and you can explore Edinburgh baggage free. We can also safeguard your luggage on the day of your departure for just £2.50 per item. Items must be collected before 20H00 on the day of departure, or the overnight fee of £5 will apply.
